Developed with SEA’s innovative VRT technology, the new Flowpick high-cadence robotic lines breathe new life into your Process and Conditioning lines.
In standalone or line configurations, Flowpick puts the concept of double-tracking to work in order to grasp and place products at a standstill, or in movement from 0 – 25 meters/minute.
Flowpick can handle up to several hundred pieces per minute.

Flowpick for your application
Flowpick comes in three models in order to provide the best flexibility for your application: Flowpick 5, Flowpick 10, and Flowpick 15
Flowpick’s vision module detects and orients your products using shape recognition. It also checks for compliance in case sorting needs to be performed prior to picking. You can also choose between mono and dual Flowpick models (one or two arms), capable of cadences from 50 to 300 pieces/minute. These units are equipped with arms made by world leading brands:
Flowpick 5: Polyarticulated 6-axis - 50 ppm – loads 0 to10 kg
Flowpick 10: Scara 4-axis - max 100 ppm – loads 1 to 5 kg
Flowpick 15: Delta 4-axis - max 150 ppm – light loads
Flowpick is controlled by a multi-tasking command bay running on MS Windows®.
A powerful calibration and flow supervision application handles multi-robot configurations.

Flowpick is generally used in manipulation and control operations for agri-food, glassware, luxury goods, auto parts, electronics, medical applications and more.
