In strict confidence. Customer service
A high-quality customer service department not only gives you the support you deserve, but it also serves as an essential source for feedback, observation, and improvement for us. SEA engineers get involved for both preventative and curative maintenance, covering everything from simple repairs to guaranteed availability. You can benefit from our high quality service either on an as-needed basis for specific technical missions, under maintenance contract or fixed pricing.
Retrofit and maintenance
Depending on the situation, you don’t always have to start from scratch. Sometimes it’s enough to replace a robot, integrate a new product, increase cadence, redesign prehension tools, or add a vision station. From audit to integration, our teams are ready to help you improve or give new life to your robots.
Training
SEA offers training both for industrial customers and under special agreement with selected engineering schools, universities, and private organizations. Sessions can cover general knowledge or very specific training on robotic and vision products.
We have a complete set of reusable training materials at our disposal, ready to be customized in specific programs for your staff, from end-users to maintenance technicians to programmers. Our accredited training services may be covered by certain financial organizations.
